Dave acts as the business functional and testing lead supporting the Advancement Intranet for internal communications. Partners with internal communications and IT to support the business requirements, including aligning functionality with communication strategy for both the initial implementation and the ongoing support of the intranet. Works with project manager to run design sessions and provide input from the business. Coordinates and participates in developing testing plans and performing testing of fixes and enhancements to the intranet; provides consultative support to users on questions of functionality; trains new employees on navigating the intranet and trains departmental content managers to keep department information current; develops documentation and training materials; works with internal communications and Advancement IT to track and prioritize intranet system enhancement requests and approves security access for new users.
